Lost Customer Card

If your Customer Card is lost, you can inform the card accountancy department of Saare Kütus on working days at 8.15 – 17.00 by phone +372 453 3867, +372 453 3866 or our Roonimäe filling station for 24/7 by phone +372 453 1301.

To close the card, please inform us with the following information:

  • The name of the card owner and/or the card number;
  • When the card was lost or the reason for closing the card;
  • Your name.
